You get a number
Four questions online and you see a price range with the breakdown behind it. No deposit, no obligation, no call required.
- 02
We confirm what you own
A short video walk-through of your rooms, on your phone. This is where the range becomes a written estimate.
- 03
You book your date
The deposit is in your written estimate before you pay it, and you never pay it in cash or by wire transfer. You get your pickup and delivery windows in writing.
- 04
We load and drive
Our own trucks and crews do the work. If a leg of your move is ever run by a partner carrier, you are told before it happens and we check their DOT authority first.
- 05
You unpack
You pay the balance on your written estimate when the truck arrives, before we unload. Then we carry everything in and put it where you want it.
Ask any mover these four things
Including us. The federal regulator publishes a register precisely so people can check before they hand over a deposit.
- What is your USDOT number? Ours is 3795167. Look it up and confirm it is active for household goods.
- Are you a carrier or a broker? A broker sells your job to someone else. We are a carrier.
- Is this estimate binding? A binding estimate is the price you pay. On a non-binding one, the most a mover can ask for at delivery is 110% of it.
- How much deposit, and how is it paid? Get the figure in writing before you pay it. A demand for cash or a wire transfer is a warning sign whoever is asking.
